**The Opportunity**:
PureSpectrum is seeking an Associate on the Client Services team to play a vital role in the day-to-day delivery of market research projects. Your primary focus is to manage multiple customer projects simultaneously and ensure that all projects you are tasked with leading are successfully delivered to customers and that their expectations for quality and service are met or exceeded. The role will also require developing a customer-first mindset that is aligned with PureSpectrum’s culture and values in order to be best positioned to meet and exceed our customer needs.

**Your Responsibilities**:
- Develop and maintain an understanding of client service offerings, best practices, delivery capabilities and technology platforms.
- Ensure all projects you are directly responsible for meet or exceed delivery standards for being on time, in budget and without quality issues.
- Oversee and lead easy to moderately complex projects with little to no supervision (project
- governance, progress, dependencies, communication, delivery process, project metrics, risk mitigation, etc.) for full-service and sample-only projects; ensuring customer & business expectations are met or exceeded.
- Oversee and help manage complex projects with supervision and support from senior team members.
- Follow established best practices and processes for project delivery.
- Provide feedback to sales on project performance to help improve delivery and key metrics for future projects.
- Take ownership of problematic situations and work closely with team members to develop solutions that resolve problems.
- Take accountability in the sales process by working closely with sales to provide high-quality customer service to help win future business.
- Provide input into Client Service OKRs that will support growth within the team.
- Build positive relationships across the organization and with customers.
- Help provide training to new hires when necessary.
- Develop and maintain a basic understanding of the insights industry as it relates to project full-service delivery, sample management, and other important trends that will help PureSpectrum meet or exceed customer needs.

**Who you are**:
- Experience in Market Research preferred, but not required.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities.
- Ability to learn and use new technology platforms to meet or exceed customer and project needs.
- Ability to find innovative solutions to address customer and project needs.
- Solid judgment and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to be proactive in anticipating problems and provide solutions.
- A passion for curiosity and a drive to learn continuously.
- Ability to foster positive relationships across teams and customers.
