**The Roles**
You will assist to manage the delivery of hospital-defined strategic goals and initiatives on Oncology care model though administration of collaborations, clinical operations support, service contract and project management activities including planning and integration of care provision, coordination of efforts, and corporate strategy activities, for both TTSH and NHG on Oncology Care Framework.
- You will also support business strategy projects in relation to Oncology services through problem definition and structuring, fact gathering and analysis, synthesis of finding into compelling recommendations, stake holders’ alignment, presentation to leadership, execution and tracking of progress.
- The key functional roles are as follows:
- _Clinical Operations Support and Service Management_
- Provide the required support and translate requirements into service implementation so as to accord prompt and effective access to care for patients
- Upholding the service standards and productivity of operations for efficient use and proper deployment of resources
- _ _Project Management_
- Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support the hospital strategic plans in Oncology services in collaboration with stakeholders
- Proactively manage refinements in project scope, identity potential risks and devise contingency plans and perform gap analysis
- Work collectively to address the needs of the project, define the business case and financial justification and track project spend and savings
- Corporate Strategy Activities
- Work cross-cluster and infra-hospital to develop and manage integrated corporate strategic plans, approach and channels
- Support the overall process of corporate strategic decision making to ensure the organisation maximizes its short and long-term goals by developing appropriate analytic and/or reporting tools

**The Requirements**
- A good degree in any discipline with at least 8 years of relevant working experience. Exposure to, or experience in healthcare finance, practical knowledge or ownership of hospital operations, and project management carry added advantage
- Fluent in English and have a flair for numbers
- A team player, ability to exercise prompt initiatives, manage pressure, multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment
