**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Manages activities of individual contributors and/or managers and directs the overall category management operations to achieve business objectives set by the senior management.
- Identifies opportunities for expanding the category's market reach, potentially through new distribution channels, geographical expansion, or innovative sales approaches.
- Collaborates closely with other departments such as marketing, product development, supply chain, and finance to ensure alignment and coordination of efforts related to the category's success.
- Analyzes sales data, trends, and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies and identify areas for improvement.
- Acts as a bridge between marketing and regional customer-facing organizations to ensure effective communication.
- Drives substantial revenue growth within the assigned area, setting ambitious targets and implementing innovative approaches to achieve and exceed sales quotas.
- Shapes sales approaches and strategies from the insights derived from the market analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive intelligence, and customer preferences.
- Performs talent management responsibilities including recruitment, performance management, coaching, and career development.

**Education & Experience** Recommended**
- Four-year or Graduate Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
- Typically has 10+ years of job-related experience or 8-10 years of management experience, preferably in category management, P&L management, or a related field.
