Job Description:
An international EPC company specialized in FPSO project is looking for this role to base in Singapore.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and oversee HSSE functions within the Group of companies.
- To facilitates Global HSSE training for senior management, employees and contractors as required
- To be custodian of Group HSSE Management system, standards and procedures, program and digital tools and lead the team to maintain to improve for implementation
- To prepare and manage yearly HSSE budget to be spent for Global HSSE function
- To facilitate the importance of HSSE Culture and awareness and training to all senior management and employees globally as required
- To act as advisor to Group COO and senior management on all HSSE matters in ensuring strong and positive HSSE culture to be developed and further maintained
- Preview, standardize and implement Global HSSE policies and procedures, management systems, programs and the related forms to ensure continuous improvement in HSSE standards and practices including effective communication and implementation to each Business Unit HSSE teams
- To coordinate dissemination of Global HSSE policies, procedures, program, tools to all senior management, employees, sub-contractors and vendors
- Coordinate and oversee all HSSE activities across all entities of Group of Companies and ensure consistency of approach being adopted in all locations
- Seek approval from BU Heads on any proposed Global HSSE activities to be carried out for the specific entity including budget in each BU
- As functional manager to direct report for all BU HSSE Managers in activities across and support / guide the respective local HSSE team in complying to all international and / or local legislative requirements
- Support BU HSSE team ensuring investigation of work accidents and injuries and other incidents are conducted in a thorough and timely manner
- Responsible to interact with immediate facilities and / or sites of any causalities
- Guides local HSSE with incident management expert in preparing material and evidence for corporate use in hearings, lawsuits and insurance investigation
- Report to Group COO and senior management for incidents status, response to the clients, rout cause and mitigations in future in timely manner
- Communicate with and respond to clients in case of any serious incident as necessary
- Establish HSSE Risk Assessment required by procedures are conducted throughout Group of Companies based on respective Business Unit departmental or project / fleet objectives
- To develop Global HSSE Audit Plan together with BU HSSE team through discussion with Group COO and BU Heads and arrange audits within the Group and at subcontractor locations
- Work with BU HSSE team on corrective action measures as required
- Lead and complete HSSE Transformation project initiated within the time frame as directed by GRoup COO through the overall coordination with each transformation initiative owners.

Requirements
- Degree/ Master holders
- Min. 18 years experience in HSSE preferably in O&G industry
- Must have experience managing Group of Companies HSSE matters
- Familiar with FPSO project an advantage
- Familiar with Singapore working environment an advantage
