What this job involves
Performance
Proactively manage and measures account performance against key HSSE metrics.
Proactively manages and measures account performance against key HSSE metrics.
Develops internal relationships with key representatives supporting account in reaching HSSE compliance.
Performs routine assignments in the entry level of the Professional Career Band
Has conceptual knowledge of theories, practices and procedures within a discipline typically acquired through a college or university degree or the equivalent work experience
Develops competence by performing structured work assignments
Uses existing procedures to solve routine or standard problems
Receives instruction, guidance and direction from more senior level roles
Portfolio will be small and generally limited to a single site/project
Activities will generally be within one business line (e.g. IFM Only)
Standards
Oversee the implementation and maintenance of JLL Global HSSE operational controls, (i.e., process, standards, procedures, and guidelines) ensuring compliance with HSSE obligations and JLL’s HSE aspirations
Identify and align JLL HSSE practices to client HSSE standards and requirements
Drive the development of best practice HSE training programs and resources.
Implement HSE strategy and operating protocols for the safety performance of JLL’s contractors and supply chain vendors.
Experience
A minimum 7 years HSSE management experience within Operational Management systems and working with corporate clients.
A strong understanding of the HSE regulatory environment for APAC countries.
Appropriate recognized Professional HSSE qualifications and memberships
Management system implementation and auditing experience;
Practical working knowledge of up-to-date tools and techniques within a real estate environment
Excellent communication skills to appropriately coach and educate at site level of the account.

Knowledge and understanding of Internationally recognized HSSE Management systems.
Identify measures or indicators of system performance and the actions needed to improve or correct performance, relative to the goals of the system.
