**What this job involves**:
**HSSE Manager (SG)**:
Develop and implement Shell specific HSSE framework policies and procedures for all sites for the Shell in the SG (MTP, PDN, Tuas and Jurong as and when that is onboarded) which would include Offices spaces and Industries.

Understand, imbibe and align JLL HSSE deliverable with Shell HSSE framework, policies and procedures in the region.

Develop, implement and monitor all HSSE and sustainability related activities including training the JLL and sub-contractor staff from time to time.

Reviews the HSSE risk assessment plan created by Operations team and guide them through the process documentation.

Implement and monitor HSSE documentation include HSSE related statutory requirements in alignment with Shell process and requirements

Align with Shell Sustainability long term vision, plan, develop, implement and monitor the Sustainability initiatives.

Activities
Working in partnership with the Shell Country HSSE to create and deliver an CHSSE strategic plan

Develop and implement Shell specific HSSE frame work policies and procedures.

Lead all HSSE and sustainability related activities including training the operations, JLL HSSE support staff & Contractors and monitoring their activities.

Develop and monitor the training calendar and provide HSSE training to on ground team from time to time

Reviews the HSSE risk assessment plan created by Operations team and guide them through the process documentation.

Keep track of HSSE documentation for all statutory requirements of Shell requirements, gather environmental data, conduct environmental inspections, maintain permit compliance, and report to all regulating agencies.

Develop and implement process for tracking HSSE regulatory compliances across managed locations Guide operations teams on any changed HSSE legislative requirements to enable them to plan for continued legal compliance.

Coordinate with Account Manager, Regional HSSE Manager, Corporate HSSE manager, ensure implementation of programs and report on the progress on a monthly basis.

Monitor monthly HSSE audits at site & ensure the follow-ups & completion of Risk assessment and develop control measures through Shell specific process.

Manage the HSSE related Incidents, own the process, keep a repository of LFI’s, conduct trainings and lateral implementation.

Develop and implement process for tracking HSSE regulatory compliances across managed locations.

Coordinate with HSSE manager, ensure implementation of HSSE programs and report on the progress as per agreed periodicity.

Gather environmental data, conduct environmental inspections, maintain applicable permit compliance.

Monitor Fire Fighting systems across the sites as per local compliance requirements.

Ensure the General and other hazardous waste is handled & stored as per Shell’s and statutory requirements.

Develop (or adopt Shell Process) and operate a site Permit to Work Process to co-ordinate all parties’ contractors that conduct work at the location(s). Maintaining & monitoring the Work permit systems and related documents.

Ensure the approval for all the chemicals used or to be used at site through approved process.

Vendor management to ensure safe delivery

Support in development of SOPs

Develop and implement HSE initiatives, to develop a positive and sustainable culture

Support the Transition and onboarding of new sites in the SG.

Demonstrated Leadership Skills
Must have good communication & interpersonal skills

Must be able to articulate knowledge in HSSE and Sustainability aspects including the Fire safety norms

Should have demonstrated leadership skills to lead teams in multiple sites across different countries
