- Make sure that Month End Close and all other reporting is accurate and submitted on schedule for Corporate Consolidation.
- Oversee Monthly Regional Forecast.
- Oversee Annual Regional Budget.
- Manage RHQ Team and act as key liaison for regional finance staff.
- Analyze and make recommendations to management on improving the APAC business
- Collaborate with Business Systems Manager in identifying improvement areas and help implement new/improved systems and automations as needed.

**Main Activities**
- Set reporting schedules for the region and make sure deadlines are met.
- Review local and management books for accuracy, making sure accounting policies are being followed, and that risks are minimized.
- Conduct monthly calls with countries to review P&L and Balance Sheet Items to better understand results and make sure there are no outstanding issues.
- Provide various monthly and quarterly reports with analysis to the region and US HQ. Constantly look for ways to improve reporting and analysis.
- Act as regional lead for revenue recognition. Make sure that revenue recognition policies are being followed and provide guidance and training to the region.
- Review financial elements of customer contracts to maximize revenue and profits and minimize risks.
- Oversee regional forecast process. This includes providing guidance and making sure that the forecasts are submitted accurately and on time, while asking the necessary questions to ensure completeness.
- Oversee regional budget process. This includes providing guidelines and making sure that the budgets are submitted accurately and on time, while asking the necessary questions to ensure completeness.
- Provide guidance to management team by analyzing and making recommendations on improving the Region’s Business.
- Provide SAP-BPC (Financial Reporting Tool) support to the region as needed.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and training to the RHQ Team.
- Review and improve internal processes. Make sure PPM policies are being followed.
- Assist Finance Director and Sales EVP with ad hoc tasks

å¿è¦ãªè³æ ¼ããã³å°éç¥è:
**Essential**:

- Degree in Accounting or Finance from a recognised university
- Preference for CPA / CA / MBA qualified with at least 10 years’ work experience
- Management Experience
- Strong financial accounting, revenue recognition, and management reporting background
- Good written and verbal communication skills with fluent English skills
- Ability to plan, organise and prioritise
- Ability to perform under pressure to meet deadlines
- Ability to work overtime as needed to meet deliverables
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated and proactive
- Good attention to detail
- Thorough knowledge of IFRS
- Excellent Microsoft Excel skills & General System knowledge

**Desirable**:

- Knowledge of SAP-BPC, Great Plains Dynamics, macros
- SW / IT Industry experience
