We are partnering with a SGX listed real estate firm in search for a Sustainability Manager for their Property Management portfolio.

Reporting to the GM of Property Management **;**

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and lead the implementation of a comprehensive sustainability strategy aligned with the organisation’s and Group’s ESG targets.
- Lead the preparation and submission of relevant ESG reporting and disclosure requirements for the organisation.
- Collaborate with procurement team to assess and enhance the sustainability of the supply chain, including development of Green Procurement Policies and working with suppliers/vendors to promote sustainable sourcing and practices.
- Monitor and identify trends and anomalies in utilities consumption across the portfolio to ensure that utilities consumption meet the organisation’s target baseline.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities, evaluate and recommend sustainable technologies for implementation to improve operation and cost efficiency within the organisation.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including employees, customers, suppliers, and tenants, to promote sustainability initiatives.
- Support the organisation’s renewable energy projects in terms of drafting of specifications, procurement and project management.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for sustainability initiatives (e.g. Green Loans) and monitor the performance of the organisation in meeting these KPIs.
- Regularly monitor, evaluate, and report on the progress of sustainability programs.
- Develop and monitor OPEX and CAPEX budgets for sustainability initiatives.

Job Specifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in sustainability, environmental science, business, or a related field.
- Certification in sustainability (e.g. Green Mark, ISSP, LEED)
- In-depth knowledge of environmental regulations and standards for real estate sector.
- Familiarity with Carbon Market, RECs will be advantageous.
