About Team
IT-Enterprise Solution Product team is committed to creating exceptioal products to improve efficiency and reliability within the Bytedance. We are also creating enterprise solutions like Software Defined WAN, Endpoint management tools, ITSM, and office intelligence. We are seeking a talented and experienced Product Operations to join our team, to build the best product ecosystem driven by AI and data.

**Responsibilities**:
You will play a pivotal role in driving operational efficiency and executing the product roadmap. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, leverage data analytics, and implement industry best practices to enhance our internal product development processes.

**1. Operational Efficiency**:

- Identify and implement operational processes to enhance efficiency in product development and delivery.
- Continuously assess and optimize workflows to streamline internal processes and increase productivity.

**2. Metrics and Analysis**:

- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of product operations.
- Conduct data analysis to provide actionable insights for decision-making and process improvement.

**3. Prioritization and Resource Allocation**:

- Collaborate with product managers to prioritize feature enhancements and allocate resources effectively.
- Ensure alignment with business objectives and optimize resource utilization.

**4. User Experience Enhancement**:

- Collaborate with product managers to enhance the overall user experience of internal products.
- Solicit and analyze user feedback, working with teams to implement continuous improvements.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in product operations or product management within the technology industry.
- Excellent project management, organizational, and analytical skills. Data sensitive & goal-driven

Preferred Qualifications
- In-depth knowledge of product management processes and methodologies.
- Experience in IT related tools/products and knowledge of IT operations is a plus.
- Experience in product monetization and Go To Market is a plus
- Deep understanding of the IT solutions ecosystem in APAC region
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
