We are a family office based in Central Hongkong. Our new business is to set up an Human Resource Advisory firm which will primarily focus on Executive Coaching and Hiring.

**Responsibilities**:

- Should have ability to find opportunities independently and sell individual
- He/She will talk to the clients, figure out their requirements - propose sales of software services to build those solutions on top of tailor maded software
- Source new sales opportunities through creative outbound prospecting and limited inbound lead generation
- Build relationships with key decision makers across all accounts
- Work with the internal Marketing team to ensure presentations needed to support sales are

aligned with brand standards.
- Develop strong relationships with C-Level businesses and technical decision makers.
- Eager to compete with sellers from big tech like IBM, Microsoft, etc.
- Utilize industry knowledge to identify key trends within the industry to convert customer needs into sales opportunities.
- Maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure continuity and repeat business.

**Key Requirements**:

- Sold software services solutions and software by understanding the clients requirements in a consultative sales process.
- Learn and demo products, handle objections and comparisons against competition.
- Build relationships to understand customer’s business and requirements to effectively propose solutions.
- Deliver with confidence presentations to C-level executives and represent the company at industry and/or customer events.
- Experience working with virtual teams spread across global territories.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $15,000.00 - $30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- 13th month salary
- Commission pay
- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
