**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Strategic Roadmap Development**:Create and maintain a technology roadmap that aligns with business goals, emphasizing scalability, security, and efficiency.
- **Infrastructure Design**:Lead the architecture and delivery of solutions across Modern Workplace, Cloud, Server, Network, Storage, and Cybersecurity domains.
- **Automation & Optimization**:Drive the adoption of zero-touch automation in technology and workflow processes to improve operational efficiency.
- **Solution Implementation**:Evaluate and recommend innovative technologies, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems while minimizing operational disruptions.
- **Technical Leadership**:Review and create high-level and detailed designs (HLDs and LLDs), ensuring adherence to architectural principles and business outcomes.
- **Compliance & Security**:Ensure that all designs and implementations meet compliance standards (e.g., PCIDSS, ISO 27001, NIST) and cybersecurity requirements.
- **Stakeholder Engagement**:Communicate technical solutions effectively to both technical teams and senior business stakeholders.
- **Knowledge Sharing**:Mentor team members, promote continuous improvement, and contribute to the development of architecture principles and best practices.

**Requirements**:

- **Technical Expertise**:Extensive knowledge of IT infrastructure principles, cloud computing, and end-user computing technologies, with proficiency in platforms like Microsoft Azure, AWS, Office 365, and Dynamics 365.
- **Certifications (preferred)**:Microsoft Azure, AWS Certified Solution Architect, TOGAF, ITIL, CISSP, or CISA.
- **Experience**:At least 8 years in infrastructure architecture, engineering management, or solution architecture roles, ideally in a cloud-first or hybrid environment.
- **Cybersecurity Acumen**:Familiarity with encryption, cryptography, network security (firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS), and cybersecurity tools (SIEM, PAM, endpoint protection).
- **Strategic Thinking**:Ability to create fit-for-purpose solutions that balance business objectives with technical feasibility.
- **Leadership Skills**:Proven ability to guide teams, influence stakeholders, and drive large-scale technology transformations.
- **Operational Knowledge**:Hands-on experience with IT service management processes (incident, change, and problem management) and technologies like DevSecOps and Infrastructure as Code.
- **Compliance Knowledge**:Understanding of audit and compliance standards such as Cyber Essentials and ISO 27001.
- **Communication Skills**:Strong ability to articulate complex technical solutions to non-technical audiences and manage cross-functional teams.
