**Job Description**:
As a Social Media Intern at Aire, you will play a key role in helping us build and grow our online presence. This is a unique opportunity to work with a fast-growing brand that is redefining an entire industry and creating meaningful change. You’ll assist with content creation, social media strategy, and engagement across our digital channels, while gaining valuable hands-on experience in the world of marketing and brand-building.

Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation: Develop engaging content for Aire’s social media channels, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn. This would involve writing posts, creating graphics, filming short videos, livestreaming and designing promotional materials.
- Social Media Strategy: Help execute and refine social media campaigns that align with Aire’s mission to challenge ageing stereotypes and promote our products.
- Community Engagement: Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries on social media platforms, ensuring a positive brand experience for our community.
- Analytics and Reporting: Assist in tracking social media performance and analyzing key metrics to measure the success of campaigns. Provide insights for improving reach and engagement.
- Brand Advocacy: Monitor social media trends and competitor activities to help inform Aire’s voice and positioning.
- Influencer and Partnership Outreach: Support outreach to influencers, content creators, and potential brand ambassadors who align with Aire’s values and audience.
- Creative Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to brainstorm fresh content ideas, campaigns, and initiatives that will resonate with our audience, particularly in the senior and caregiving community.
- Social Listening: Stay on top of discussions around ageing, incontinence, and related topics to ensure Aire is positioned as a thought leader and advocate in these spaces.
