**Job Description**:
**Key Responsibilities**

Content Creation and Curation
- Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with Collabil’s mission and marketing goals.
- Curate relevant content that resonates with international students, celebrating their diversity and challenges.
- Produce multimedia content (graphics, videos, etc.).
- Track content performance and optimise this based on data analytics.

Community Engagement
- Serve as the voice of Collabil on all social media platforms, posting regularly and responding promptly to user comments and messages.
- Cultivate a vibrant online community by fostering meaningful discussions, interactions and user-generated content.
- Organize and promote community-building initiatives such as online events, AMAs and cultural exchange discussions.
- Monitor and moderate community forums and app-based interactions to maintain a safe and inclusive environment.

User Support and Insights
- Act as the bridge between the community and the product team, gathering user feedback and insights to inform product improvements.
- Build relationships with power users and influencers within the international student community.
- Implement and analyse surveys and polls to understand community sentiment and engagement trends.

Growth and Strategy
- Identify opportunities to grow Collabil’s community organically, particularly through social media and partnerships.
- Strategize and execute campaigns that attract and retain users.
- Establish and maintain partnerships with relevant organisations, universities and influencers to amplify Collabil’s reach.

**Requirements**:
Must-Have Skills and Experience
- 1+ years of experience in content creation, social media management or community engagement.
- Exceptional writing and storytelling skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proven ability to build and maintain online communities across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and LinkedIn.
- Understanding of the challenges faced by international students or young adults living abroad.
- Data-driven mindset, with experience analysing metrics and adjusting strategies accordingly.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in startups, international education or youth-focused organizations.
- Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Hootsuite, HubSpot or similar platforms.
- Basic graphic design, video editing or photography skills.
- Multilingual proficiency or experience working with multicultural audiences.
