**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute community management strategies to engage, grow and retain our online communities across various platforms (such as social media, forums, and blogs).
- Conceptualise and create content such as blog posts, articles, whitepapers, and infographics that effectively communicate blockchain-related topics to a non-technical audience.
- Use creative thinking and writing skills to develop content that stands out and resonates with the audience.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that content aligns with the brand's visual identity and voice.
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to inform content strategy.
- Manage the editorial calendar and ensure timely publication of content.
- Develop and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
- Analyze community data to measure the effectiveness of content and community management strategies, and make adjustments as needed.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and news, and incorporate relevant information into community management and content creation efforts.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, English, journalism, or related field.
- Proven experience in community management and creative content creation that effectively communicates blockchain-related topics to a non-technical audience.
- Excellent writing and editing skills with a strong attention to detail.
- The ability to think creatively and develop content that stands out.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Knowledge of social media platforms, online communities, and content management systems.
- Experience in conducting research on industry trends and competitor activity to inform content strategy.
- Ability to analyze and report on the effectiveness of content and community management strategies.
- A passion for building and managing communities.
