**About You**:

- Strong analytical skills with the capacity to utilise multiple streams - financial, operational, commercial and technical
- Highly organised with the ability to handle multiple requests at any one time and plan well into the future
- Integrity and respect for confidentiality - respecting the role, the Product Manager and the discretion required in managing much of the information to be handled
- Strong business acumen
- Strong communication skills to various senior stakeholders - written and verbal. Ability to tailor communications and interactions to a wide variety of stakeholder groups; strong networking skills
- Intellectual capacity to keep up with the high-paced and complex level of operating
- Work with a significant level of autonomy
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate and influence effectively with internal and external stakeholders - particularly influencing without authority - to drive outcomes
- Providing leadership to colleagues within the business. A team player who can manage the variety of personalities in order to deliver
- Thorough understanding of the BHP Operating Model
- Undergraduate qualification in a Technical or Commercial discipline supported by a post graduate qualification in a Business or Legal discipline (ideal)
- Proficient computer skills especially in PowerPoint and Excel - SAP and Prime experience preferable
