**BIM Manager **to join their team.

**About the Role**
- Direct reporting to the Project Design Manager for the performance of BIM documentation, deliverables, and processes within the assigned project and assisting the Design/Construction Team with daily activities.
- Functional reporting to the Digital Engineering Manager (SEA) the primary objective is to assist in the development and management of BIM documentation, deliverables, and processes within the assigned project.
- Responsible for the use of BIM / Digital Engineering across the project.
- Manage and coordinate the overall use of BIM for the project.
- Development and implementation of Building Information Management (BIM) systems.
- Lead and/or assist in creating BIM deliverables such as BIM Execution Plans, Clash Detection Reports, BIM Quality Control Plans, BIM Design Review Procedures, Construction Sequencing (4D), and Cost Estimating (5D).

**Qualifications**:

- Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Building Services, Architectural or Structural Engineering with more than 5 years of working experience in construction, design, drafting, BIM modeling, and/or coordination (services).
- Formally trained in Specialist Diploma in BIM, preferably with at least 3 years of experience in services coordination using BIM in a design, engineering, or construction firm for a large project.
- Passionate about the company’s values of safety & care, honesty & integrity, customer focus, working together, and performance excellence.
- Strong commitment to the safety promise of “Home Without Harm”.
- Able to work on alternate Saturdays.
