Set up, manage and lead the BIM Department
- Set up and manage BIM protocol, standards, processes and workflows
- Set up BIM content creation. Manage and update BIM library
- Lead the BIM implementation - Review and update BIM Company Deployment Plan and provide template(s) and professional advice to BIM Project Executive Plan, BIM training program to engineers/ modelers, updating relevant clauses in company ISO manual
- Support BIM projects within the Groups
- In charge of the integrated multi-discipline BIM models analysis and study
- Prepare, maintain and update project BIM/ CAD execution plan, meet project team consultants/ client/ authority to finalize project BIM Executive Plan, monitor progress of project’s BIM program
- Research, promote BIM related advanced technology towards integrated practice, best practices
- Review BIM model content, maintain consistencies in the work. Manage the information in a systematic management process
- Build up and develop the technical talent pipeline for the company thru in-house trainings
- Review BIM legal and contractual issues such as preparation of tender/ contract specifications
- Any other job(s) assigned

**_Requirements: _**
- Degree in construction or its relevant from a recognized University
- Certified in BIM or/ and BIM Management. Having a Specialist Diploma in BIM from BCA Academy is an advantage
- Expertise with various BIM software(s) such as Revit MEP and Revit Structure, as demonstrated by sophisticated use of software beyond just modelling 3D content.
- Familiarity with BIM tools and other software(s) for analysis, coordination, collaboration, model review, quantity take-off, file sharing etc.
- Familiarity with integration and interoperability of BIM software(s) such as Revit-Etabs, Staadpro, SAP, Orion, Midas, Robot and other structural design and analysis software(s)
- Experience working in the Architecture/Engineering/Construction environment and meeting deadlines and with various disciplines contributing to BIM models
- Preferably with more than 5 years of working experience in BIM
- Must be hands on the projects and have good knowledge of software(s)
- Good supervision and project management skills
- Strong analytical skills would be preferred
- Excellent interpersonal, good written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work under pressure with good time management skill
