Quality Assurance: Monitor BIM deliverables, ensure adherence to standards, and identify opportunities to improve BIM workflows. Technology Research: Stay updated on the latest BIM software and technologies, evaluating and recommending new tools to enhance productivity. Essential Skills Strategic Thinking: The ability to develop and implement a long-term BIM strategy for the organization. Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of BIM software (e.g., Revit, Navisworks) and data management. Communication and Leadership: Excellent communication skills to lead teams, interact with stakeholders, and present complex information. Problem-Solving: The capacity to identify and resolve issues within BIM processes and project workflows.
