**Responsibilities**
- Oversees the BIM process in a design or construction organization.
- Implementing and maintaining BIM standards, processes, and workflows.
- Coordinating and collaborating with architects, engineers, contractors, and other project stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely delivery of BIM data
- Training and educating project team members on BIM technology and workflows.
- Troubleshooting and resolving BIM-related issues and conflicts.
- Developing and maintaining BIM documentation and reports.
- Ensuring compliance with BIM project requirements, standards, and regulations.
- Ensuring that BIM execution plans are produced and maintained for each project.

**Requirement**
- Relevant Diploma/Degree in Engineering field
- Posses relevant certification recognized by BCA
- Minimum 5 years of work experience in similar capacity
- Expert knowledge of BIM technology, software, and workflows
- Strong project management and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in BIM software programs such as Revit, AutoCAD
- Experience in LTA / MRT projects is advantageous
