**Responsibilities and duties**
- Setting up the company’s BIM Standards and generating BIM Contents for Projects.
- Driving implementation of the project’s BIM/VDC/IDD strategy and related digital systems, as well as promoting the collaborative use of BIM.
- Leading a team of BIM coordinators/ modellers for all disciplines including Architecture, Civil Structural, Mechanical & Electrical and BIM specialists.
- Establishing and implement BIM Execution Plan, maintaining BIM standards and being responsible for the development, implementation, and management of BIM processes for all disciplines.
- Managing and enforcing quality control/assurance of BIM documentation.
- Working with stakeholders and the project team to identify and resolve technical issues in BIM modelling and coordination.
- Conducting training and assisting project members on the use of BIM software.
- Scheduling and chairing BIM meetings with BIM coordinators/modellers.

**Requirements**:

- Certified Autodesk Revit professional with a Diploma or Training Certification in BIM or VDC.
- Experience in condominium projects. Knowledge in PPVC/PBU is an added advantage.
- Holds relevant Certificate/ Diploma / Degree or equivalent.
- Minimum 5-10 years’ experience of relevant working experience.
- Good knowledge of relevant authority requirements, latest industry BIM standards and guidelines.
- Proficient in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, BIM360 platform, and other relevant software.
- Strong leadership skill and able to communicate well among all stake holders and BIM team members.
