Paralegal (Wills & Trust)

**Company Overview**:
Our client is seeking a dedicated **Paralegal** to join their prestigious law firm in Singapore. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the legal team, providing essential assistance with case preparation, research, and documentation.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist with will and trust matters, including the drafting and execution of wills, estate administration, and the setup of trusts.
- Provide support in data entry, filing, conducting research, invoicing, and other administrative tasks.
- Assist in the preparation of legal documents related to wills, trusts, and estate planning.
- Liaise with clients, financial institutions, and related parties to ensure completion of will and trust procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

**Job Requirements/details**:

- Training will be provided.
- 5-day workweek, 9am to 6pm. In-person.
- A strong interest in estate planning, wills, trusts, and related legal matters.
- A proactive and eager-to-learn attitude.
- Provide full secretarial and administrative support to lawyers.
- Strong command of both English and Chinese (spoken and written) to effectively communicate with Chinese-speaking stakeholders as well as English-speaking stakeholders.
