**Description/Overview** Responsible for developing and maintaining strong, productive working relationships with in-country business clients and GCT/CTI/PBWM partners to foster an overall improved ATM client experience by driving service quality and ATM performance improvement. This role will interface with various operation teams and Citigroup technology globally while helping drive service improvement plans. Also responsible for ensuring mínimal impact to country performance scores through oversight of potential performance score impacts with collaborative development and implementation of performance score management processes. Perform daily, weekly and monthly review of countries ATM performance. Host weekly and monthly meetings with customers to discuss current issues, chronic trending and monitor progress resolutions. **Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to**: - Build and maintain effective working relationships among various work groups globally while managing relationships with consideration of country culture and language differences. - Gather, analyze and report statistical measurements on ATM/CDMs across the globe. - Identify, manage and actively support ATM operation process improvements. - Ensure adherence to ATM Policy and Standards across the APAC/EMEA markets - Manage and guide ATM technology operations teams in APAC/EMEA to ensure ATM availability, hardware performance, patch and software release management are at required service levels - Manage vendors to ensure hardware repairs and performance checks are done within SLAs to ensure ATM availability to customers - Work with demand management and business teams to prioritize delivery of ATM technology projects which have a regulatory or monetary impact - Acts as SME on NexGEN ATM technology operations in interactions with Technology, Operations and Business teams - Coordinate and facilitate productive weekly and monthly performance review meetings. - Identify, secure, and lead appropriate resources required to deliver on various tasks within a project - Actively participate and assist with ongoing ATM projects for BAU/NextGEN - Provide clear, concise status updates to various levels of management and staff through frequent progress reports and meeting minutes. - Effectively escalate issues\obstacles that have potential of impacting performance measurements **Qualifications**: - Experience with ATM Operations and/or technology support - Excellent effective communication skills, both written and oral - Ability to successfully work with and lead teams with diverse backgrounds and language differences while having no direct authority over resources - Intermediate to Advances skills in Word, Excel and Power Point - Ability to work various hours to support resource time differences with the U.S. and supported countries - Ability to follow complex and unique processes and adapt to change rapidly - Ability to effectively work without supervision - Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy. - Strong conflict management skills - Analytical thought needed to drive resolution to issues in a variety of complex situations - Ability to manage multiple issues in fast-paced, deadline driven environment - Strong problem solving and decision making skills - Superior organizational skills needed to manage several issues and follow-ups simultaneously. **Possess In-depth knowledge of the following** - Productive Meeting Facilitation - Communication Tools such as IM, Web Ex - Microsoft Office Suite (i.e., Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, Project) - **Job Family Group**: Technology - **Job Family**: Infrastructure - **Time Type**: Full time - Citi is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
