**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Customer Experience Strategy**:Develop and implement strategies to improve the user journey across digital platforms, focusing on personalization, user satisfaction, and retention.
- **Project Management**:Manage customer experience and business improvement projects from inception to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet key business objectives.
- **Data-Driven Insights**:Analyze customer feedback, user behavior, and operational data to identify opportunities for enhancing customer experience, streamline processes, and drive performance improvements.
- **Cross-Department Collaboration**:Work closely with teams across the organization (product, marketing, tech) to ensure business strategies and customer experience initiatives are aligned and executed effectively.
- **Stakeholder Communication**:Act as a liaison between technical and business teams, ensuring that customer requirements and business needs are communicated clearly and addressed promptly.
- **Continuous Improvement**:Identify and implement process improvements to optimize business performance and the customer experience, using data and industry best practices.
- **Business Consultation**:Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior management on ways to improve customer engagement, operational efficiency, and overall business growth.
**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business consulting, customer service, or project management, ideally within the tech, ecommerce, or customer-focused sectors.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable business insights.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive results across teams.
- Detail-oriented and proactive, with a strong ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Ability to communicate in Mandarin is required as this position requires a strong collaboration with our team of Chinese developers
**Desired Skills (Beneficial but Not Required)**:
- Experience or qualifications in hospitality, tourism management, or a related field.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software, project management tools, or business analytics platforms.
- Knowledge of the gaming, ecommerce, or digital entertainment industries.
- Basic understanding of UX/UI principles or technical concepts (e.g., HTML/CSS) is a plus.
