**The Opportunity**:
The Senior Software Engineer based in Singapore will play a key role in the development of the Proxtera solution suite and a core member of our budding engineering team.

**What you will do**:

- Translate wireframes, Figma and/or PSD Designs into technical functions
- Binding of UI elements to JavaScript object models
- Creating RESTful services with Node.js
- Architect scalable web and API architectures
- Work in a cross-functional team to deliver a complete user experience
- Involved in the full cycle of software development
- Write code that is cross-platform and cross-device compatible
- Create Unit and Integration tests to ensure quality and produce clean, secure and scalable codes
- Be responsive to change requests and feature requests
- Identify gaps and provide solutions, research and create proof of concept deliverable
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly

**What you bring to the table**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science / IT or related discipline. Certifications or professional qualifications related to coding, software engineering, software development (e.g. General Assembly) with relevant work experience are also acceptable.
- **Minimum 5 years **of fullstack development experience with NodeJS, ExpressJS, NestJS, React.js, JavaScript and MongoDB
- Good understanding of microservices architecture and design pattern
- Good working knowledge of DevOps and Cloud (AWS, CI/CD)
- Experience in Python, integrating and deploying machine learning models is a plus
- An understanding of React.js, Node.JS and its core principles
- TDD and Testing framework experience (Jest/Mocha/Jasmine)
- Experience with code versioning tools such as Git
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
- Adaptability to rapid change
- Highly self-motivated and solid problem-solving skills
