**Duties & Responsibilities**
- To provide day-to-day office administrative and support. - Scanning, typing and paper filing.
- Invoicing
- To assist Secretarial Management Team in handling a portfolio of corporate clients, i.e. preparation of corporate documentation (resolutions and statutory forms, etc.) and filings with Registrars (ACRA & IRAS)
- Any other ad-hoc secretarial duties administrative stuff as assigned.
**Requirements**:
- Willing to learn new skills, keen to pursue a career in the corporate secretarial profession.
- Knowledge of MS OFFICE (Word, Excel, Outlook) is essential.
- An effective communicator, English & Chinese, both written and spoken.
- Good sense of responsibilities, ability to multi-task and priority management.
