Electrical Construction Manager

1) The Construction Managers shall report to the respective Senior Construction Managers. (SCM)

2) Attending coordination and technical meetings with clients / consultants / civil contractors and SWCs.

3) Liaising with vendors to ensure timely delivery of equipment / materials for installation.

4) Liaising with sub-contractors to ensure site progress meet schedule.

5) Reviewing consultant design and preparing shop drawing submission.

6) Preparing and submitting equipment / materials for approval.

7) Assisting safety officer and participating in all safety related matters to ensure a safe working environment.

8) Monitoring and reporting site progress.

9) Providing technical support and resolving site issue with the Site Engineers.

**Skills**:
1) Knowledge in power distribution and ELV system designs.

2) Familiar with the local codes of practice.

3) Familiar in Microsoft Excel, Words and PowerPoints.

4) Able to communicate well with people of all levels.

**Job Requirements**:
1) The Construction Managers shall have an engineering experience for a minimum period of ten (10) years.

2) Possessing relevant working experience in managing site construction of at least eight (8) years after tertiary education.

3) Experience in managing construction projects for commercial mixed development of similar scale and complexity.

4) Holder of a Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.

5) Possessing a BCSS certificate as minimum.

6) Individuals who have LEW Grade 7 and/or past working experience in LTA projects will be an advantage.
