**Role Overview**:
We are seeking an experienced **Head of Investment**to lead investment strategy, manage risk, and oversee asset manager and investor onboarding within a **Ce-DeFi-focused**investment platform. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong background in hedge funds, proprietary trading, and institutional asset management who wants to operate at the forefront of crypto finance.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Investment Strategy & Capital Allocation**:

- Develop and execute an **institutional-grade investment strategy**within a managed account structure.
- Identify and allocate capital to high-performing asset managers across diverse trading strategies ( **quant, discretionary, market-neutral, DeFi yield, etc.**).
- Continuously **optimize capital deployment**to ensure risk-adjusted returns and portfolio diversification.

**Asset Manager Onboarding & Evaluation**:

- Source, evaluate, and **onboard crypto asset managers**with proven track records.
- Conduct due diligence on trading strategies, risk management frameworks, and execution capabilities.
- Establish ongoing monitoring processes to assess performance and strategy alignment.

**Investor Onboarding & Relationship Management**:

- Oversee the **onboarding process for institutional and high-net-worth investors**, ensuring compliance and seamless account setup.
- Develop investor reporting frameworks to provide insights into fund performance and risk exposure.
- Collaborate with capital introduction teams to attract new investors and strengthen investor retention.

**Risk Management & Compliance Oversight**:

- Design and enforce **risk management frameworks**to safeguard investor capital.
- Monitor portfolio exposure, position sizing, leverage, and market conditions to manage downside risk effectively.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and implement **best practices for Ce-DeFi investment operations.**

**Reporting & Communication with Stakeholders**:

- Prepare and present **investment reports to the board**, summarizing key performance metrics and risk insights.
- Maintain **clear communication with investors**, providing regular updates on portfolio performance and market trends.
- Assist in preparing **quarterly investor reports, pitch decks, and strategic presentations.**

**Market Research & Industry Insights**:

- Stay ahead of trends in **Ce-DeFi, crypto trading, derivatives, and macroeconomic factors impacting digital assets.**
- Provide **strategic insights and market intelligence**to enhance investment decisions and asset allocations.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **7+ years**of experience in **investment management, hedge funds, proprietary trading, or crypto asset management.**
- Strong expertise in **Ce-DeFi trading strategies, derivatives, and blockchain-based financial markets.**
- Proven track record in **capital allocation**and monitoring external asset managers.
- Experience in **institutional investor onboarding, fund structuring, and managed accounts.**
- Strong knowledge of **risk management frameworks, portfolio optimization, and quantitative analysis.**
- Strong experience in **investor relations, stakeholder reporting, and board-level communication.**
- Established **network of asset managers, institutional investors, and crypto trading professionals**is highly preferred.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for **scaling an institutional-grade Ce-DeFi investment platform.**
