Our software platform seamlessly connects managers and allocators for virtual meetings, giving managers the ability to subscribe and share information with allocators who can efficiently select and meet managers all on one platform.

Purpose and philanthropy are embedded in the way iConnections works, with charitable initiatives and fundraising as a central pillar of the ecosystem. The scalable technology powering iConnections can be used for bespoke events by managers, allocators, and service providers.

In an environment where physical events and meetings are no longer the norm, we've reimagined how the investment industry connects.

As an **Associate, Investor Relations**, you will be a part of the Investor Relations team’s efforts to support investor needs in being part of the iConnections community.

Reporting to the Head of Capital Markets, you will collaborate with senior leadership to help build and maintain positive investor relationships.

This is a 100% remote opportunity for our Singapore Investor Relations team, with 20% US and international travel required.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supporting best-in-class relationship management processes, including meeting preparation, follow-up, management of CRM and pipeline.
- Attending / hosting investor meetings and calls.
- Conducting market, competitor, and industry research to identify opportunities and arm Marketing with pertinent information.
- Vetting and Communicating with Managers and Allocators to ensure the right relationships are being built.
- Maintaining strong understanding of client business and strategy, industry trends, and operational development.

**Required Skills and Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business or finance.
- 3 to 5 years’ experience in related fields (Banking, Hedge Funds, Capital Introductions, etc.).
- Enthusiasm to learn and operate in a collaborative team environment.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills.
- Self-starter mindset, with an ability to solve problems with appropriate oversight and direction.
- Detail oriented teammate who can prioritize in a fast paced, constantly changing environment to ensure efficient execution.
- Willingness to travel both domestically and internationally.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
