**Project Manager for RapidResponse Implementation Projects (M/F/d)**:

- **As Project Manager for RapidResponse Implementation Projects, you will be an integral part of our Global Delivery Organization within the Delivery Management team. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the execution of customer projects by providing support to cross-functional and international delivery teams. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring the successful implementation of our solutions and services, working closely with the customer.**

**How you’ll shape mSE’s journey**:

- Serve as the primary communication point for all project stakeholders, both internal and external. Identify dependencies and ensure that everyone involved is aware of and understands project requirements, deliverables, and timeline
- Skillfully interpret and document customer acceptance criteria, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their expectations
- Track and report project status, risks, and progress in terms of cost, time, quality, and functionality
- Collaborate with agile and other project roles to ensure seamless coordination and alignment across teams - Maximize overall workflow and efficiency
- Internally challenge the scope, quality of solution design, and project delivery - Coordinate with other mSE project managers on capacity planning and project standards to optimize project outcomes
- Provide guidance to every individual in the project team. Foster an environment where each team member can fulfill their role effectively and efficiently
- Act as a servant leader, embodying agile values and principles. Set an example for the delivery teams by demonstrating a commitment to agile methodologies

**What makes you a great fit**:

- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) or equivalent qualification in a relevant discipline
- Experience and previous involvement in RapidResponse implementation
- Expertise and proficiency in (agile) project methodology (e. g. Scrum, Kanban), tools and processes with a high understanding of interdisciplinary and cross-functional organizations
- Passion for ambitious supply chain projects and solid understanding of business processes
- Experience with Atlassian Suite (JIRA, Confluence, Service Desk) is considered a plus
- Empathic personality with exceptional communication skills and strong problem-solving abilities
- Fluent English skills, additional language skills are very welcome
