- Other- Support the Senior Manager to guide the team of programme managers in the service development and implementation of community mental health (CMH) programmes under CMH Masterplan to support people at risk/with mental health conditions and their caregivers in the community.
- Guide the team to implement a quality framework for continuous review and enhancement of the care models to meet the intended outcomes and support the needs of the clients and caregivers.
- Guide the team on CMH providers’ engagement to identify their learning needs.
- Support the Senior Manager to establish a robust governance structure and guide the team of programme managers in implementing continuous process improvement to manage approved programme budgets and ensure timely submission of claims/reports.
- Guide the team to implement and maintain a structured workflow and processes for claims, report submission, and payment.
- Work with internal and external stakeholders in process improvement to enhance efficiency and productivity for CMH providers and programme managers.
- Responsible for CMH programme implementation, account management, and analyse of submitted data to support programme evaluation.
- Support in monitoring programme effectiveness and evaluation by collating and tracking the outcome measures and performance indicators of CMH programmes.

**Job Requirements**:

- Recognised Bachelor degree, preferably healthcare-related discipline.
- At least 8 years of working experience in the community/health care sector with 2 years in a managerial capacity.
- Prior work experience in mental health, health care or community care is desirable.
- Experience in programme implementation and/or programme management.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and with a good understanding of governance.
- Possess strong organizational skills in communication, time management, analytics and problem-solving.
- Experienced in working with diverse groups of people in an organisation.
