ALG is currently recruiting **Trainee Technicians** for our Engine MRO client.

This traineeship is an opportunity for aspiring individuals who are keen to join aviation industry but do not meet the pre-requisites as a trained aircraft engine technician. Upon successful completion of the programme, a career as a qualified aircraft engine technician awaits you.

**Responsibilities**:

- The programme involves a fully-sponsored training programme with an allowance over the one-year training period.
- Career progression opportunity is open to promising technicians.
- The programme encompasses initial company familiarisation, classroom training and on-the-job training.
- The initial familiarisation provides an insight to the working environment prior to attending classroom training.
- The three-month classroom training, consisting of theory and practical sessions, will be conducted and assessed by an external training academy.
- The nine-month on-the-job training provides the opportunity to learn and work on the renowned Engines.

**Job Requirements**:

- NITEC / Higher NITEC / Diploma in Engineering (eg. Aeronautical/Avionics/Mechanical/Mechatronics/Manufacturing/ Electrical/Precision)
- Completed full-time National Service (for locals)
- Able to perform rotating shift work
- Willing to work in Changi
