DESIGNATION : Assistant Manager Loyalty Marketing (Consumer Engagement)
RESPONSIBILITIES
As a passionate and energetic Consumer Engagement Assistant Manager, you will work with cross-functional teams to oversee and develop loyalty and CRM programmes for Plus Members. You are creative, analytical, digitally-savvy, and methodical. You enjoy working with a team of like-minded individuals who are aligned towards common goals.
**Responsibilities include (but not limited to)**:
- Product Marketing
- Assigned to manage specific Loyalty products such as (LinkPoints, Rewards Catalogue, FairPrice App Rewards, Plus Online Mall) and is closely involved in the product development processes and releases
- Responsible for
- Pre-product development phase of discovering consumer insights/competitive landscape, creating the user narrative to improve customer experience, and uncover opportunities for growth
- Product development phase of working with relevant teams to develop value proposition, branding, key messaging, and so on
- Post-product development phase of developing, measuring and executing marketing initiatives that articulate the product value proposition, drive product awareness and adoption, drive product sales and growth and move product/consumer metrics
- Educating internal and external stakeholders on product features and their value proposition
- Able to clearly and succinctly develop and present marketing strategies and ideas
- Consumer activities
- To launch and manage consumer activities to engage members to increase spends across Plus Partners through the programme and/or mega campaigns
- Communications
- Overview of Link’s communications strategies, which include social media platforms
- Design and execute segmented digital campaigns
- Improve contactability across all channels
- Craft sharp marketing messages and design campaign mechanics that create the desired consumer engagement journey
- Content plan for the year across platforms
- CRM:
- Launch, manage and execute CRM/portfolio strategies and programmes for Plus members to achieve Link’s consumer metrics. This includes acquisition programmes through internal and external omni channels and working with loyalty marketing team/partnership team to curate deals for new members.
- Able to work with loyalty marketing, commercial partnerships, analytics, operations and design teams to achieve marketing goals
- Communicate marketing performance, opportunities, objectives, strategy and milestones to senior leaders and key stakeholders
**This role will report to Head of Marketing.**

**You should have**:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline in Business or Marketing with a minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing. Experience in loyalty and CRM marketing is a bonus.
- Proficiency for key software tools such as PowerPoint, Word, Excel (advance - conditional formatting), Google Suite, basic digital marketing
