Job Responsibilities

Loyalty Program Deployment
- Coordinate promotion plans with all non-gaming areas to drive acquisition and retention, promote upward loyalty, incentivize reward earning and redemption.
- Coordinate and liaise collateral and media briefs, production and distribution with creative and media team.
- Coordinate with Guest Relationship Marketing on scheduling and deployment of members communications
- Assist to work with Special Events for member activities.
- Manage and tabulate reports as required.
- Coordinate with Finance and IT for promotion set-up where needed.
- Handle internal and external enquiries where applicable.
- Other administrative responsibilities.
- Other duties as directed by management

Job Requirements

Education & Certification
- College degree in Business or Marketing.
- Excellent command in MS Suite and good knowledge in MS Project.

Experience
- One to two years of collateral production, marketing and advertising experience is preferred

Other Prerequisites
- Experience in loyalty marketing in retail, travel and financial institution environment, both on marketing and operational levels, will be an advantage.
- Must be detailed oriented with strong inter-personal skills.
