Make an impact.** **Your role and impact**: As our **Maintenance Manager**, you will be responsible for leading and managing the maintenance function in the terminal operations to ensure efficient and effective maintenance of asset reliability and integrity. Read on to find out more about this exciting job opportunity **A rewarding place to work** **Who are we?** **Responsibilities**: - Responsible for leading and managing the maintenance function in the terminal operations to ensure - efficient and effective maintenance of asset reliability and integrity - Develop maintenance strategy with reference to Vopak Standards & maintenance policy, industry - best practices / standards and local statutory compliance - Direct and lead department in the overall installation, maintenance and repairs of all terminal assets, necessary for the continuity of operations and the safety of terminal personnel - Manage maintenance contractors and service providers to ensure maintenance activities are executed effectively and efficiently within planned resources. - Plan and manage the department’s resources and budget to meet the company’ objectives - Contribute to the development of annual and longer-term business plans, forecast performance against business key performance indicators, develop business case for new projects and estimate financial and resources required to deliver performance targets - Manage department resources on supporting terminal or company on ad hoc projects and activities - Monitor and review maintenance on site are carried out in accordance with safety, health, environment and loss preventive policies, rules, regulations and according to company’s standards - Drive relevant processes in Vopak Project Management (VPM) standards to ensure execution of projects and identify continuous improvement opportunities - Lead and direct maintenance engineers in project management of CAPEX projects or commercial inquiries to ensure their performance meets company short and long term needs of the business - Manage Sustaining and Service CAPEX projects - Provide leadership and manage people competencies and development **Requirements**: - Minimum 6 years of relevant maintenance experience in similar industry - Diploma/Degree equivalent in engineering - Strong data analysis acumen and ability to transform findings into opportunities for improvement - Good knowledge of maintenance, operations, safety and product knowledge - Knowledge of safety, health and environment practices - Demonstrated leadership and people management skills - Positive stakeholder management capabilities with strong communications skills - Project Management skills - Teamwork **How to apply?** This Job Description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
