**Service Delivery Manager for IAM Service**
- Responsible for planning and organizing the day-to-day IAM operations
- Develops and implements policies and processes as necessary
- Establish Governance to support security and compliance initiatives involved in IAM.
- Manage discussions and stakeholders involved in IAM processes (e.g., HR, SAP, ED, operations, etc.) and work with them in the development of processes and achievement of security and compliance requirements.
- Manage the team responsible for the administration, operational support, service delivery for IAM services.
- Recommend and drive the enhancement process for IAM to better support customers using the service.
- Provide oversight of all aspects of IAM related projects to ensure continuous improvement of processes
- Collaborates with leadership and staff to develop solutions and adheres to internal standards and strategies
- Act as escalation point for IAM related matters, working with customers and stakeholders as needed to resolve all issues quickly and efficiently.
- Prepare Incident reports and RCA's as and when needed.
