**Your role**
- Have you successfully planned, organized and controlled all test activities playing the role of Test Lead? Do you have the know-how for achieving the defined test goals and implementing the testing? Have you worked on test automation framework development and implemented it in the project?
- We’re looking for an IT Quality & Test engineer - Test Lead (AD) to:
- assist & Build high level test strategies with input from the Dev Feature Lead and/or business and derives time estimates
- leverage and Drive automated testing solutions within the team and projects via test automation
- able to manage a small team of testers within local, onshore and offshore locations (with aid of QA Capability Lead)
- manage relationships with development and business stakeholders
- engage proactively with QA Capability Lead regarding project statuses, resourcing, risks and other test management
- reporting to QA Capability on a weekly basis by way of structured reports and informal meetings outlining achievements/issues
- understand and respond appropriately to internal and external client needs
- strong ownership, responsibility, accuracy and attention to details.
- strong analytical and logical reasoning capability
- strong collaboration skills and handling conflicts/ team challenges with positive approach
- having willingness for continuous learning on trending technologies like Cloud, AI, RPA, etc..

**Your team**
- You’ll be working in the Tech Services Quality Engineering (TS QE) Global team. You will be working with highly motivated and enthusiastic IAM Authentication and Access Control Quality Assurance Engineering team based out of Singapore location, who along with stakeholders, are trying to work towards realizing the vision of our leadership and organization.
- As an IT Quality & Test engineer Test Lead you'll play an important role in QA support and become the tollgate for the TS project deliverables and be part of TS QE Global team. In your role you will be working with the 3rd party service providers across all regions and will be responsible for relevant Release/Change test deliverables. You will be responsible for supervising/managing multiple projects and QE resources.

**Your expertise**
- 10+ years of experience as Quality Assurance Engineer, ideally a Test Lead for more than 5 years
- Java/Selenium or TOSCA scripting experience
- working knowledge of CI/CD pipeline implementation using GitLab with Cloud infrastructure (preferably MS Azure)
- knowledge of IT Security domain, well-versed with Identity and Access Management - Privileged Access Management concepts and related products
- agile certifications to showcase understanding of different ceremonies and methodologies
- expertise in stakeholder management and meeting relevant Quality SLAs & KPIs
