**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the in-house and outsource Security Team and Fire Safety Unit (FSU) team and ensure proper execution of daily car park, fire safety and security operations. This includes assigning daily inspections and maintenance works to respective teams, monitoring and ensuring that the works are completed within required timeline, supervising the security & FSU team in their work discipline, punctuality, grooming, and other such matters that affects the image of the company.
- Operate, repair and maintain all installations and fixtures under the purview of the F&S Department for the whole development (RCT, RCSC, Hotel-fire protection system) which includes systems for Fire Protection & Life-Saving Systems for entire RCS e.g. ESCS, Water-monitoring systems (WMS), Firemen intercoms, Smoke Extraction Systems, Carpark PGS/ EPS systems, CCTV, Turnstiles, Keypress and Master Key System, Card Access, Carpark fixtures, queue-posts, standees, barricades, walkie-talkies, AEDs, first aid, boxes etc.
- Perform basic trouble-shooting diagnosis of a fault / defects and put up recommendation accordingly.
- Supervise the team to comply with all Fire, Carpark and Security SOPs as and when required”.
- Assist the Fire Safety Manager (FSM) in all fire safety related matters, safety inspection checks and conduct fire drill.
- Liaise with Insurance broker on notification of claims, claim status and to follow up with proper closures.
- Manage all procurement (calling of competitive quotations/ tenders) for department and ensure that all work justification paper are properly raised for approval till closure, including generating and issuance of PO through SAP system.
- Ensure timely execution of work procured and all necessary proper records are compiled with invoices for certification payment process.
- Manage and execute all upgrading works for Fire, Security and Car park Department.
- Any other duties as and when assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in Facility Management, Building, Engineering or equivalent
- Knowledge in Fire Protection System/equipment, CCTV system, Access Control system, Carparking system, etc. will be an added advantage
- Exhibit strong leadership, people management and interpersonal skills
- Able to work within tight timelines, resourceful and systematic in resolving problems
- Good command of spoken and written English as well as being computer literate
