- Create and maintain Windows Server images tailored for optimal performance and security.
- Document administration processes and procedures specific to platform and backup services, identity, and endpoint protection.
- Install, set up, configure, and maintain systems and services related to platform operations and security.
- Monitor hardware, server, and appliance performance related to platform and backup services, identifying, and addressing issues proactively.
- Ensure the success of backup jobs for identity and endpoint protection systems, implementing improvements as needed.
- Proactively monitor system performance in the context of identity and endpoint protection, engaging in capacity planning.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to platform and backup services, identity, and endpoint protection.
- Respond to alerts promptly, taking appropriate actions to maintain the integrity of platform and security services.
- Generate reports on system performance, incidents, and security metrics for analysis and review.
- Attend to and resolve incidents within defined Service Level Agreements, ensuring operational excellence.
