Associate Engineer (Telecommunications)

About the Role

Join a leading telecommunications infrastructure provider that is driving innovation in 5G, Cloud, Cybersecurity, and Digital Services. We are looking for an Associate Engineer to support network operations and service excellence in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and respond to network alarms and customer escalations.
  • Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate with vendors and field teams for resolution.
  • Conduct system testing to ensure proper service restoration.
  • Support software upgrades, service migrations, and process improvements.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics, or related fields.
  • At least 2 years' relevant experience in telecoms or network engineering preferred.
  • Knowledge of IP, Linux, and telco systems will be an advantage.
