**Freelance Business Development Executive (2 Weekdays a Week)**

As part of the position, you will work with the founders, Ivy League and Oxbridge graduates and other high-performing teammates.

**Job Duties**

**Handle daily admin and front desk duties**

**Handle enquiries, present our programmes, match appropriate tutors and mentors.**

**Arrange class schedules and feedback for parents, students and tutors**

**Arrange invoicing and payments**

**Collaborate with relevant stakeholders and partners, manage external agencies and clients to boost sales**

**Assist in marketing content curation for above and below the line marketing activities (Blog articles, Instagram, Tik Tok, Videos, Website, Brochures, Wechat, Xiaohongshu)**

**Job Requirements**

**Task oriented, conscientious in task documentation**

**Strong sense of responsibility in fulfilling tasks well and in accordance with deadlines**

**Ability to work independently and as a team**

Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Chinese (Command of Korean and Japanese are welcomed as well) as some customers only speak these languages

**Take ownership and ensure that brand activities align consistently with the company’s mission and vision**

**Additional Details**

Working Days: 2 Weekdays.

Working Hours: 10am to 7pm*

*This is an In-Person office role

Commitment: Full-time/freelance
