**Key Responsibilities**
- Engage in follow-up for potential business opportunities, solve problems, and address customer complaints.
- Manage paperwork, process sales quotations, purchase orders, contracts, delivery orders, and other necessary sales documents.
- Pack and unpack goods when they arrive and before delivery.
- Compile monthly sales reports, sales forecasts, and inventory records for analysis.
- Support and work with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

- Minimum GCE O-Level or above.
- With at least 1-2 years’ relevant work experience is highly preferred.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin to liaise with English and Mandarin-speaking customers and suppliers.
