We are hiring a detail-oriented and responsible **Admin Clerk cum BBS Scheduler**to support our operations and rebar scheduling team. This role combines general administrative tasks with BBS (Bar Bending Schedule) coordination, essential for daily site and fabrication planning.

**Responsibilities**:
**Administrative Duties**:

- Perform general clerical duties including data entry, document filing, and scanning.
- Prepare reports, forms, and project documentation for internal teams.
- Maintain proper records for project and production tracking.
- Monitor and order office and site supplies when needed.Support project managers, site supervisors, and operations staff with admin needs.

**BBS (Bar Bending Schedule) Coordination**:

- Prepare and manage daily/weekly BBS documents for rebar fabrication and site delivery.
- Coordinate with the drafting team, rebar yard, and site supervisors to ensure accurate and timely
- scheduling.
- Cross-check BBS with shop drawings and site requirements.
- Track and update changes or revisions in the BBS schedule.
- Assist in material tracking and follow-up on delivery schedules.

**Requirements**:
Knowledge of **BBS (Bar Bending Schedule)**and basic understanding of rebar work is **required or preferred**.

Proficient in MS Excel and basic technical documentation.

Strong coordination, communication, and attention to detail.

Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks under tight timelines.

Prior experience in construction or precast/rebar-related industries is a bonus.
