Admin Clerk
- Purchasing with regular suppliers including issuing Purchase Orders
- Sourcing for new suppliers for new materials when required
- Receiving materials delivery
- Filing of documents
- Answering phone calls and data entry
- Compiling, maintaining and updating company vehicles records
- Managing office inventory and working with vendors to ensure the regular supply of office materials
- Any other ad-hoc administrative duties assigned

**Requirements**:

- Proficient Computer literacy (Microsoft word, excel and outlook)
- Meticulous and well organized person
- Initiative and possess good communication skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $1,800.00 - $2,300.00 per month

Schedule:
