Gtm(Go-to-market) Experiment Manager

**Core Responsibilities**:
- Experiments: designing and performing experiences that prove or disprove our hypotheses and also engage and inspire kids, parents and gift givers.
- Innovation/product launch: comfort in ambiguity, test & learn and iterative approaches to taking new products/platforms/services to market.
- Strategic marketing: in depth knowledge of audience, communication and channel strategies.
- Consumer insights and analysis: using multiple data sets to extract new knowledge for agile and evidence-based decision making.
- Storytelling: shaping a compelling and distinctive proposition and go to market experience for internal and external audiences.
- Knowledge sharing and upskilling: developing a marketing and go-to-market toolkit for use within the CPL (Creative Play Lab) and beyond.
- External agency partner and budget management: tracking, measuring and reviewing the success of our investments to provide recommendations or amend for future requirements.

Our innovation marketers are core to shaping all new play experiences through from seed to scale, within the LEGO Group.
**Do you have what it takes**:
- Experience and track record are more relevant than specific education. We would love to meet applicants from a diverse group of backgrounds. Your superpowers will likely include: Experimentation; Human curiosity; Agility; Growth hacking; Gut Instinct; Problem solving; Commercial foresight and Playfulness;
- An up-to-date innovation and/or marketing toolkit built through multiple product lines in companies both large and small;
- Track-record taking major innovations from the blank page to proven and scaled business;
- A passion for collaborating with dedicated individuals to share diverse thought and practices, and develop stronger outcomes;
- Experience across a number of industries or sectors, bringing a new perspective, set of case studies and tools into the team;
- Strong in data analysis with the ability to draw insights, recommendations and conclusions;
- A love of play and improving the lives of children and their parents;
- Previous experience with new product launches, production and agile design thinking;
- Experience of the toy, entertainment, gaming, e-commerce, start up or agency landscape is ideal;
- Travel to our global hubs may often be required, but this can be flexible to your circumstances.
