Communication & Go-To-Market (GTM) Coordinator – Asia Alpinestars is the leading global performance motorsports apparel, protection, and footwear manufacturer. With over 60 years of experience, we provide athletes and motorsports enthusiasts with technologically advanced products that fuse protection, performance, innovation, and style. We are currently expanding globally and seek an experienced Communication & Go‐to‐Market (GTM) Coordinator to lead and implement Alpinestars' communication, campaign, and activation strategies across Asia, including China. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement market‐specific strategies for motorcycling sport, adventure, urban contemporary, and motocross categories across Asian markets. Align brand messaging with regional consumer insights and business goals. Drive sustainable growth through optimized distribution channels. Build and enhance the Alpinestars brand image in Asia through targeted marketing initiatives. Identify and evaluate new market opportunities and emerging trends. Conduct in‐depth market analysis to inform strategic decisions and long‐term planning. Manage product selection and positioning strategies tailored to regional preferences. Develop and execute marketing campaigns to support product launches and seasonal promotions. Translate technical product features into compelling consumer benefits through storytelling. Coordinate with global teams to ensure alignment on brand strategy and product messaging. Manage relationships with distributors, retailers, and media partners. Oversee campaign execution and performance tracking across multiple markets. Qualifications 7+ years of experience in brand communications, product marketing, or go‐to‐market strategy, preferably in sporting goods, performance apparel, or outdoor industries. Strong understanding of Asian market dynamics, especially China, with proven ability to act directly in‐market. Demonstrated success in leading multi‐market campaigns and product launches. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, focusing on technical storytelling and consumer engagement. Ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, and launches in a fast‐paced global environment. Strong creative writing and presentation skills with attention to detail. Genuine enthusiasm for motorsport, technical innovation, and the sporting sector. Proficiency in English; additional Asian languages are a plus.
