To assist all our users with any logged IT related incident.
- Carrying out problem analysis to implement temporary or permanent fixes to restore service to the customer as soon as possible.
- To escalate incidents to other support teams where necessary.
- To accurately record, update and document requests using the ITSM system.
- To perform IMACD service requests (install, move, add, change & decommission) of IT equipment and software.
- To maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and respect at all times.

Job Requirements
- Diploma / Nitec in IT or relevant
- **Welcome entry level - Training Provided**:

- **Willing to travel **(Roaming role, supporting East areas)
- 5 days work
- Salary $2500 - $2800
- Start work immediately or within short notice.
