**Job Description**:
The Senior Vice President Finance for Global Logistics (GL) Asia is responsible for implementing and embedding effective and efficient financial and commercial processes and disciplines associated with financial and commercial management across the GL Asia geography at both a strategic and operational level. The SVP will deliver accurate and timely Asia financial reporting and insights and continually develop and execute against strategic KPIs with a deep insight of customer needs, commercial requirements and sound financial outcomes in line with, or better than, agreed contractual obligations and relevant to the country of operation.

The SVP will lead and support continuous improvement processes across the Asia business to ensure accurate and timely visibility on financial and commercial performance. The SVP will have a very strong partnership with the GL Asia President and Group CFO, ensuring strategic financial and commercial planning are aligned to GL Asia and Toll Group objectives. The SVP will be accountable for providing strategic insights at an Asia consolidated level of key issues, opportunities, and financial performance.

Key responsibilities include:

- Operational excellence
- Strategy & Investment
- Maximising Profitability & Return on Capital
- Putting the Customer First
- Lead SAP Launch for TGL Asia
- Team leadership of the Finance & Commercial team.

**Qualifications**:

- Solid understanding of financial investment evaluation and capital decision making.
- Good understanding of the key contractual elements which are pertinent to a contract logistics business.
- Commercially sound - understanding and ability to identify business risks & rewards.
- Outstanding project management skills.
- Solid communication and analytical skills. Strong ability in business writing and ability to put together a comprehensive and well thought out business proposal/business case.
- Hands on and ability to work independently with strong negotiating, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work with individuals at various levels in the organization and in a multicultural and diverse business setting.
- Experience in SAP or other system launch would be advantageous.
