Singapore AUXILIARY CONSULTANT (AC) Full time

**Position**: Parking Operation Executive

**Salary**: Starting Salary: $2500 basic, $390 Fixed Allowance if applicant owns a bike, $640 if Fixed Allowance

if the applicant owns a car.

**Working days**: 5.5 days per week (Alternate 6 days, 5 days per week)

**Work timing**: 9 am - 6 pm / 12 pm - 9 pm / 2 pm - 11 pm

**Working Location**: Around Singapore as job requires frequent movement of different carparks.
- Require owning a vehicle for work (either motorcycle or car) preferably a class 3 license
- Able to work shifts
- Able to work on weekends and Public Holidays
- Chinese speaking as we must deal with Chinese clients
- Patrol carparks and ensure smooth operations
- Handle and report any illegal parking or activities in the carpark
- Carry out enforcement activities (wheel clamp and negotiation)
- Ensure nets machine receipt rolls are topped up
- Handles carpark management, tenants, and site staff in a tactful manner
- Any adhoc duties as assigned
