Our client is a leading entertainment provider in Singapore. They are looking for a Park Manager to oversee operations in one of their park attractions in Singapore.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Financial Management**:Oversee and manage the Profit & Loss (P&L) of the park assigned, ensuring financial goals are achieved.
- **Operational Leadership**:Develop and manage operational schedules to optimize cost-efficiency while maintaining high service quality.
Train and supervise the attractions team to consistently meet service standards.
- **Facility Management**:Ensure park facilities meet the highest standards of safety, sanitation, and cleanliness.
Conduct regular inspections and maintenance to uphold these standards.
- **Customer Experience Enhancement**:Continuously improve the park’s user experience by enhancing service standards, programs, and offerings.
Address customer service issues promptly and efficiently, whether in-person, via phone, or through digital platforms.
- **Program Execution**:Plan and oversee the smooth execution of park programs, coordinating closely with the attractions team to ensure successful delivery.
- **Financial Accountability**:Manage daily cash sales, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
Prepare detailed monthly reports and participate in regular business and operational meetings.
- **Safety & Compliance**:Implement, monitor, and enforce park policies and procedures to ensure operational efficiency and compliance.
Identify and address operational issues to enhance park performance.
Conduct regular First Aid training for the operations team.
- **Collaboration & Support**:Work closely with sales and marketing teams to promote park offerings.
Support cross-functional initiatives to improve park performance and customer satisfaction.
- **Staff Development**:Mentor and develop team members through regular performance reviews, goal setting, and career development opportunities.
Foster a positive, collaborative work environment that encourages creativity and continuous improvement.
- **Additional Duties**:

- Perform any other duties as assigned to support the success and growth of the park.

**Job Requirements**:

- **Experience**:At least 5 years of leadership experience, preferably in the attractions or hospitality industry.
Proven expertise in operations planning, staff management, and team deployment.
- **Specialized Skills**:Experience managing mascots and stage performances is a significant advantage.
Ability to handle multiple, complex projects simultaneously, working collaboratively across business units.
- **Interpersonal Skills**:Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate a diverse team.
Customer-focused with a track record of effectively resolving issues.
- **Personal Attributes**:Dynamic self-starter with the flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to manage unforeseen challenges.
Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and irregular hours, as required by the nature of the business.
