**We are looking for a capable and independent Operations Executive to support the Operations Manager. You would have the ability to think on your feet and execute tasks quickly and efficiently with little supervision as you will be working remotely. You are resourceful and have initiative. You are open to learning new skills, gaining new experiences and making an impact to drive the business.**

**Job Description**:

- Liaise and provide direct support to Operations Manager for the day-to-day operations of the company, including sales, marketing, accounts, and more
- Prepare reports, presentations and briefs
- Coordinate, prepare and facilitate events and courses
- Develop and carry out efficient documentation such as task lists, SOPs etc
- Accurately understanding key information and operational requirements and execute effectively
- Prepare and schedule marketing updates and posts for promotions, events, meetings etc
- Look and introduce new ways to solve common operations challenges to drive efficiency and operations excellence
- Maintenance and updates for accounts matters, subscribers lists and other finance support
- Assisting in other tasks, support for ad hoc projects as required

**Requirements**:

- Must be Singaporean and residing in Singapore
- Minimally be a Diploma holder in Business Administration, Business Management, or similar
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- English proficiency - verbally, reading and writing
- Excellent administrative and operations management, or willing to learn
- Have positive interpersonal and communication skills
- Well-versed with Microsoft Office, Google documents, Canva, Zoom, and other communication platforms such as Telegram and Skype and Restream
- Is organised, detail-oriented and able to multi-task
- Independant, take initiative and motivated to succeed
- Team player and can work well with different people from all over the world
- Highly discreet and maintain integrity to confidential information and personal data

**Salary**: $1,800.00 - $2,500.00 per month
